Start of our business - 1975

Judith was born in Ischia in the 60s from the intuition of Tommaso Sgambati, who opened a boutique selling high-quality leather footwear and clothing. Pasquale, the firstborn, inherited his father's passion and strengthened Judith's identity as a synonym for quality. Today, thanks to prestigious collaborations, Judith is present in Ischia and Naples, in via dei Mille, with two high-end single-brand boutiques.

1960 - Judith Foundation

Tommaso Sgambati's intuition comes to life on the island of Ischia, where, together with his family, he opens the doors of the Judith boutique. His goal is to offer customers not only high-quality products, but also a unique experience of elegance and refinement. From the first steps, Judith stands out for the use of fine materials and a maniacal attention to detail, thus tracing the path towards excellence.

March 21, 1999

1999 - Expansion and Consolidation

Almost 25 years after its foundation, Judith has now a solid reputation not only in Ischia but also in the rest of Campania. The company, under the guidance of Pasquale Sgambati, son of Tommaso, expands its business, opening the first single-brand store in Naples, in via dei Mille. Pasquale's idea is to bring the family tradition to a wider audience, without ever compromising the quality that has always been the distinctive mark of the company.

2010 - 2021 Innovation, Sustainability and Awards

Between 2010 and 2021, Judith combines tradition and innovation, expanding its offering with modern and refined collections. The company takes an important step towards digitalization and e-commerce, reaching an international clientele. In 2021, with over 50 years of history, Judith confirms itself as a brand of excellence in luxury, obtaining recognition for its design and committing to a sustainable future, without ever giving up the artisanal quality and exclusivity of Made in Italy.
